I. Scope

Through the Privacy Policies, the treatment that Auxtral will give to the data received by the users is determined, and that will be in a whole according to the provisions of the National Law No. 25,326 of Habeas Data of the Argentine Republic.

In this way, in those cases that users provide confidential information to Auxtral, they are accepting these privacy policies and the Terms and Conditions of use.
For this, Auxtral provides users with the appropriate resources so that they become aware of these Privacy Policies, the Terms and Conditions of use and Protection of Personal Data

Auxtral does not collect any type of personal or confidential information from users without it being explicitly provided voluntarily and through the only available means provided by Auxtral to communicate, which is the e-mail address contacto@auxtral.com.ar; so it is clarified that Auxtral does not put online any type of form with blank fields in order to collect information of any kind or to request the user to register to have Auxtral content.

The data that users provide to Auxtral will only be processed 1) To have a record of their interest in Auxtral and its content; 2) Respond, within the possibilities of the Administrator, to the queries that users make on the specific subject of Auxtral; 3) treat them in accordance with the purposes established in this document.

Whenever Auxtral suggests you write us an email, it will include a link to this document in order to inform you of your rights and obligations regarding the protection of personal data.

The Administrator understands that from the moment a minor accesses Auxtral, they have the permission of their parents, their guardian or their legal representative.

The Administrator reserves the right to modify the content of the personal data privacy document in order to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence, as well as to those that may derive from existing standard codes on the matter.



b. The consequences of providing the data

The National Law No. 25,326 of the Argentine Republic establishes that no person can be compelled to provide sensitive data, understanding as such personal data that reveals racial and ethnic origin, political opinions, religious, philosophical or moral convictions, union affiliation and information referring to health or sexual life, and may be subject to treatment when there are reasons of general interest or authorized by law. In the same way, this law aims to provide comprehensive protection for personal data stored in files, registers, databases or other technical means, whether public or private, guaranteeing the right to honor and privacy of persons, pursuant to art. 43 third paragraph of the National Constitution.
The information received will be treated confidentially.
Only data that the regulatory framework authorizes and those expressly consented to by the user may be disclosed, except for:

  • A formal request from judicial authorities.
  • A formal request from other authorities with sufficient jurisdiction.



c. Faculty and way of exercising the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion of data

Although Auxtral does not request, as mentioned above, that the user provide personal data, the right of access is one of the rights established by National Law No. 25,326 - Protection of Personal Data, which allows citizens (users in this case), access the registered information, thus being able to manage the use made of your personal data.
The user may exercise the following rights before the Administrator and through Auxtral:

  • Request information from the control body regarding the existence of files, records, databases or personal data banks, their purposes and the identity of those responsible. The registration carried out for this purpose will be a free public consultation.
  • Request and obtain information on your personal data included in public or private data banks intended to provide reports.
  • Request the modification of your personal data when they are not correct or not updated, if appropriate, and;
  • Request the rectification, updating, deletion, confidentiality of the personal data of which it is the owner and that are included in a data bank.
